Best AI GTM Tools for Seed-Stage B2B SaaS (2026)

blesso

A seed-stage B2B SaaS founder needs a tool for each of four jobs: find accounts, send outreach, track deals and watch AI search. Apollo plus HubSpot's free tools cover the first three jobs for $49 a month at list price. Each tool also needs a person who uses it every week. That person is the cost that price lists leave out. Blesso, our own product, is the one option that removes that person by running the work for you.

Key takeaways

  • Apollo Basic and HubSpot's free tools cost $49 a month at list price. Adding Instantly for more inboxes makes it $96.
  • Clay is the heavier data tool. A paid plan starts at $185 a month and every row costs credits.
  • Otterly.AI at $29 a month measures AI search. It does not write the pages that AI engines cite.
  • List the weekly owner of each tool before you buy it. A tool with no owner costs money and returns nothing.
  • Blesso is our product, and it is the one entry that is a service, not software. It runs outbound, inbound and AEO/GEO for you, so it removes the weekly owner the tools need.

Which AI GTM tools does a seed-stage B2B SaaS team need?

GTM means go-to-market: the work of getting your product in front of buyers. At seed stage, the founder usually does that work between product tasks. The table groups the tools by job. I read the prices on the vendors' own pricing pages on 26 October 2026, and I name the exceptions in the text. Vendors change plans often, so check the page before you buy.

Judge each tool by three criteria. What does it cost at list price? What does a person do with it each week? When does the founder outgrow it?

Which tool finds your accounts and contacts?

Every later step depends on a list of the right people. Two tools lead this job, and they suit different founders.

Apollo: lists and first sends in one seat

Apollo combines a contact database with email sequences. An October 2026 pricing review reports that the Free plan includes 900 credits per seat a year, Basic costs $49 per seat a month on annual billing and Professional costs $79. An email address costs one credit and a phone number costs eight. Basic caps sending at one mailbox and 250 emails a day per user. ZoomInfo wrote that review and sells a competing product, so confirm the numbers on Apollo's pricing page.

Apollo suits a founder who wants one login for lists and first sends. Start on Free to test the data before you pay. You outgrow Basic when you need more than one mailbox.

Clay: custom research at a higher entry price

Clay pulls data from many providers into one table and runs AI research on each row. Its pricing page lists a Free plan with 500 actions a month, a Launch plan from $185 a month and a Growth plan from $495. Actions meter platform work. Data credits buy data. Clay's docs put the cost of one fully enriched record at 6 to 20 data credits.

Clay suits a founder whose buyers a standard filter cannot find, such as companies that just changed a tool. The weekly owner must watch credit use, because each row spends credits. If a plain filter finds your buyers, Apollo costs less.

Which tool sends the outreach?

Instantly: cold email from several inboxes

Instantly sells email sending as its own product. Its pricing page shows a Growth plan at $47 a month with unlimited email accounts, unlimited warmup, 5,000 emails a month and 1,000 uploaded contacts. Hypergrowth costs $97 and allows 125,000 emails and 25,000 contacts. Its lead database and AI features use separate credit plans that start at $47 a month.

Instantly suits a founder who wants to send from several inboxes. Apollo Basic sends from one mailbox. If one mailbox is enough, skip Instantly and save $47. The weekly owner reads replies and removes bad contacts.

Which tool tracks the deals?

HubSpot: start free

HubSpot's pricing page lists free tools at $0 and Starter at $20 per seat a month. New customers can see lower promotional prices on some HubSpot pages, so read the checkout price. A team with one or two sellers can start on the free tools. The weekly owner moves each deal to its next stage. Keep your current CRM if your team already uses one.

Otterly.AI: a low-cost first read

Buyers ask AI engines for shortlists, and Otterly.AI shows whether those answers name you. Its pricing page lists Lite at $29 a month for 15 prompts across ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity and Microsoft Copilot. Other engines cost extra. Otterly.AI measures. It does not write the pages that earn a citation. Our comparison of AEO tools covers the full field. AEO means answer engine optimization, which is the work of getting named in AI answers.

Buy it after you publish pages, because an empty site gives it nothing to measure.

Why is Blesso the only option that removes the weekly owner?

Blesso is our product, and we name it as ours so you can weigh this section. Every other entry above is software. You buy it, then you run it. Blesso is the exception: an AI-native B2B go-to-market service that runs the work for you. The weekly owner column for Blesso reads "reviews the work", not "does the work".

That changes the math in the stack table. The tools cost $49 to $232 a month, and each one adds hours for a founder. Blesso replaces the whole stack and the hours that go with it. The services page lists three kinds of work: outbound, inbound and AEO/GEO. GEO, generative engine optimization, is the same job as AEO under another name. Blesso is also the only entry here that covers all three, where each tool above covers one job. The pricing page lists engagements by service, so this article quotes no price.

Choose Blesso if you can afford the tools but nobody has the hours to run them. A founder who spends Friday afternoon fixing sequences pays twice, once in fees and once in focus. Choose the tools instead if you want to write every message or enjoy building the workflow. We would rather you pick the right option than the wrong one.

You do not have to take our word for it. Blesso's case studies page shows its published results. Ask for a sample of the work before you commit, and compare it with what you would build yourself.

How do you choose a stack?

Answer these three questions in order.

  1. Who uses it every week? Write down a name and a day for each tool. A tool with no owner stays unused. For a service or a hire instead, read our comparison with hiring an SDR.
  2. Can a plain filter find your buyer? If yes, start with Apollo Free. If no, test Clay.
  3. Do you have pages to measure? If yes, add a tracker. If no, write the pages first.

What does a starter stack cost?

This is our own arithmetic from the list prices above. It is not a vendor quote, and it leaves out email domains, inbox fees and extra data credits.

StackToolsMonthly list priceWeekly owner needed for
One senderApollo Basic, HubSpot free tools$49Lists, sends, deals

Several inboxes plus AI searchThe $96 stack plus Otterly.AI Lite$125All of the above, plus the citation report

The right-hand column is the number the price lists omit. Each row adds work for one person. Count those hours before you count the dollars.

FAQ

What is the best AI GTM tool for a seed-stage startup?

No single tool is best, because GTM has several jobs. For most seed-stage B2B SaaS teams, Apollo covers lists and first sends, and HubSpot's free tools cover the CRM. Add a sender such as Instantly when you need more inboxes.

How much should a seed-stage startup spend on GTM tools?

A starter stack of Apollo Basic and a free CRM costs $49 a month at list price. Adding Instantly Growth makes it $96. Domains, inbox fees and data credits add to that. The larger cost is the time of the person who runs the tools.

Do I need Clay at seed stage?

Often not at first. Clay starts at $185 a month on a paid plan and suits custom research across many data sources. If Apollo's filters find your buyers, start there and move to Clay when they stop working.

Is Blesso software?

No. Blesso is a done-for-you B2B go-to-market service. You do not license a dashboard. It fits founders who want the work done rather than a tool to operate.

When should I hire instead of buying tools?

Consider a hire when someone other than the founder can close deals and you have a written playbook. Until then, a new hire needs you to build the playbook. Tools or a service can carry the load meanwhile.

Name the weekly owner of every tool before you buy it. If you have no owner, Blesso runs outbound, inbound and AEO/GEO for B2B teams. See the services, or book a call.
