RevMozi is now Blesso. Same team, same work, same contracts - new name.

How we work

What gets counted. And who answers for it.

Most GTM reporting stops at the tier that flatters the sender. Ours splits into three, and the first one is ours to answer for before you ever see the third.

The weekly report

Three tiers, in this order.

Activity we control. Engagement the market decides. Outcomes are the only tier that pays for itself - and the first two exist to explain the third when it moves, or when it doesn't.

Is the machine running?

  • Accounts sourced, scored and enriched
  • Contacts mapped, sequences live
  • Touches sent, on warmed domains
  • Content shipped and published

Ours to answer for. If activity slips, that is an operator failure - never yours.

Is the market responding?

  • Reply rate, and how many were positive
  • Meetings booked, and how many were held
  • In-ICP accounts reading your pages
  • Objections, grouped and named

The market's answer to the argument we made. This is the tier we learn from.

Did the business move?

  • Pipeline created, traced to segment and signal
  • Opportunities opened
  • Closed-won, back to the source that produced it

The only tier that counts, reported against a number agreed before month one.

The number

Agreed before month one.

  1. 01

    A meetings number, per month

Set from your ACV, your market and how narrow the list is. Agreed before the first sequence goes out, so there is something to miss.

  2. 02

    Held, not booked

A no-show counts against the number. Booking a meeting is our work; getting someone to turn up is the part that proves the argument landed.

  3. 03

    Reported weekly

The same three tiers, every week, in the same order. You never have to ask how it is going, and we never get to choose which week to report.

  4. 04

Miss it twice and we change something

Miss it two months running and we come back with a change - more channels, or different signals. Not a lower target.

The line we draw

What counts as a booked demo. Written down, before you sign.

Nobody argues about this in month one. They argue about it in month four, which is why it is on a public page rather than in an email.

Doesn't count

A no-show, however far the invite got

Counts

Attended, by a human, on the day

Doesn't count

A reschedule that never lands

Counts

Held, on a date that actually happened

Doesn't count

An account nobody agreed to target

Counts

An account from the list you signed off

Doesn't count

A title outside the ICP we agreed

Counts

A title inside it, with a reason to be there

Doesn't count

A call that ends with “send me something”

Counts

Ended with a next step you both agreed

Doesn't count

Anything past the monthly cap

Counts

Inside a cap set before month one

Counted from your calendar, not our dashboard. If the two disagree, your calendar is right.
